The fixed-speed range is available in three power sizes and multiple pressure configurations, allowing the compressor to be matched to different installation requirements. A compact enclosure supports space-efficient installation, while the ES4000T touchscreen provides access to operating conditions, warnings, service schedules and performance information.
Reliable fixed-speed performance for continuous production
The EKO 110-160 fixed-speed range provides a dependable compressed-air supply for medium-to-large industrial operations with stable demand. Designed for continuous production, it helps reduce the risk of costly interruptions while supporting consistent product quality and process efficiency.
Its compact design makes installation and integration into existing plants easier, while accessible servicing helps shorten maintenance interventions. The combination of reliable operation, efficient performance and simplified maintenance supports greater equipment availability and a lower total cost of ownership.
The range follows predictable 4,000 and 8,000-hour maintenance logic. The 4,000-hour visit covers the air-filter element, oil filter and Rotair Plus oil, alongside cooler, cubicle-filter, prefilter and vibration checks. The 8,000-hour visit repeats these activities and adds the oil-separator element plus servicing of the unloader, minimum-pressure valve and thermostatic valves. Dedicated service kits are specified for the 110–132 kW and 160 kW model bands.
