The EKO 110-160 VST range is designed for industrial operations requiring efficient and dependable compressed-air production. Its air-cooled permanent magnet motor delivers optimized energy efficiency in a compact configuration, helping reduce operating costs without adding the complexity of a liquid-cooling system.
The space-saving design facilitates installation in new or existing plants, while easy service access helps reduce maintenance time and improve equipment availability. Easy service access helps reduce intervention time and supports equipment availability. The piston inlet valve concentrates critical wear components in a dedicated service kit, while diagnostics focus on the solenoid valve, cylinder and control-air circuit. The simpler air-cooled motor design avoids a liquid circuit, pumps and heat exchangers, reducing the number of components to inspect and service.
The maintenance program follows 4,000 and 8,000-hour service logic. The 4,000-hour service includes the air filter, oil filter and Rotair Plus oil, plus cooler, prefilter and vibration checks. The 8,000-hour service adds the oil separator and service of the unloader, minimum-pressure valve and thermostatic valves. Final intervals and kit content must be checked against approved service documentation.
