Combined with an all‑new high‑efficiency compression element, this results in improved Free Air Delivery and significant reductions in energy consumption over the compressor lifecycle.

Easy access service panels simplify maintenance, while the intuitive ES4000 T touchscreen controller provides system status, service alerts and air management tools. Integrated ICONS connectivity further enhances reliability by identifying issues before they affect production.

EKO 111-160 CD VST_ghosted

The EKO 111-160 CD VST range covers motor power from 110 to 160 kW and operates across a working pressure range of 4–10 bar. Each model delivers high Free Air Delivery optimized for energy efficiency, with improved specific energy requirements compared to previous generations.

Performance is measured according to ISO 1217 standards, with noise levels measured per ISO 2150. The compressors are available as air‑cooled units, with optional configurations including water‑cooled versions and integrated dryers.

Keeping your EKO running is simple. Service panels open easily for fast access to all major components, so maintenance can be completed quickly with minimal downtime. Long‑life consumables and maintenance‑free components reduce service frequency, while intelligent alerts and ICONS connectivity help you stay one step ahead.

Energy represents more than 70% of a compressor’s total lifecycle cost. By matching output to demand, the EKO 111-160 CD VST can reduce energy consumption by up to 30%, lowering operating costs and emissions.
