Energy saving and Intelligent drain Control with Hot gas by-Pass ®

CAD-type dryers optimise energy use by changing the cooling system at an increasing or decreasing rate as demand changes, and thus feature a three-stage configuration with a valve system (Hot gas by-Pass) that stabilizes the cooling system. It automatically adjusts the circulation of refrigerant gas when the amount of compressed air passing through it or the ambient temperature changes, guaranteeing the same quality of drying at all times. As standard, all of our CAD refrigerated dryers are equipped with capacitive condensation discharge, which uses electronic sensors to save energy and discharge condensation only without wasting any compressed air. The operation of each dryer is monitored by an electronic controller, which displays all information about the dryer's condition and dew point indicator.

PDP dew point

The dew point level depends on the operating conditions at a compressor station. The standard dew point level of CAD refrigerated dryers is +4°C +/-1

Improved air quality

By achieving compressed air quality to the standards appropriate to your applications, potential problems with your final products are avoided, efficiency is increased and maintenance costs are reduced.

Easy monitoring of refrigerated dryers

Air drying requires minimal maintenance. Quick control of air quality is ensured by a display showing the dew point level.
