The BstAIR 300 provides the high-pressure air or nitrogen required by your application. Even better, it delivers reliable performance, energy savings and quiet operation in a single compact canopy. With a flow range of 0.20 m³/min to 0.83 m³/min, you can be sure that bstAIR 300 meets your specific needs.
The BstAIR 300 uses proven multi-stage piston pump technology. As air or nitrogen passes through the inlet and outlet solenoid valves, the compression process starts at low pressure. It then enters the first phase of the pump for further compression. It is cooled and directed to the next compression stage, so that the maximum working pressure reaches 300 bar. To protect the unit, the inlet pressure sensor stops the booster when the inlet pressure is too high or too low. Cooling is supplied by the axial fan on the boost shaft. The crankcase is ventilated via the oil separator and oil breather to reduce oil consumption.
